What is Small Group Training?
They are small, focused groups of 4 -10 people working towards similar goals. Because of the limited size in the groups, I can customize the workouts better and get to know each individuals needs, even with several different levels in each group. This allows for better modifications and progressions, getting you better and faster results! You will feel challenged, motivated and have fun! Let's BURN FAT, BUILD MUSCLE and GET LEAN! Cool down with 15 minutes of yoga-inspired stretch at the end! Great for newbies and gym rats!

We will work on everything: balance, core strength, endurance, and a leaner and stronger body! Weebles wobble but they don't fall down -
